Tony Najjar

President & Chief Executive Officer

Tony Najjar serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of CIRCOR. Based at the company’s global headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, Tony leads the organization’s strategic direction and execution with a sharp focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation.

Tony was appointed CEO in August 2022, after serving as Chief Operating Officer and acting CEO earlier that year. Since joining CIRCOR in 2015, he has held several senior leadership roles, including President of the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Group, Vice President and General Manager of A&D, and Vice President sales and marketing for A&D.  Across each role, Tony has driven meaningful transformation by aligning teams around shared goals of improving performance, advancing CIRCOR’s mission in critical flow control markets, and value creation.

With nearly four decades of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Tony brings deep technical knowledge and global business leadership to the role. Prior to joining CIRCOR, he held leadership roles at Rockwell Collins, where he led business development, programs, and M&A, and at Kaiser Aerospace in engineering and general management.

As CEO, Tony is a strong advocate for building an ownership culture—where every employee understands the business, takes accountability, and leads with a sense of purpose. “When people are empowered to think, feel and act like owners,” Tony says, “we move faster, make better decisions, and create more value—for our customers, our teams, and our shareholders.”

Tony holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
