Saif Siddiqui serves as Chief Executive Officer of CIRCOR. Saif leads the organization’s strategy and execution, with a sharp focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across critical global markets.
Saif has 25+ years of global leadership experience as a transformational, growth-oriented leader, having worked across complex, multinational commercial and industrial businesses. Prior to joining CIRCOR, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Carrier Global Corporation, where he led enterprise strategy, and long-range planning. He also held senior operating roles at Carrier, including President, Asia Pacific, HVAC, leading a multi-billion-dollar business, based in Tokyo and Singapore. He has a strong track-record of building high-performing teams, advancing customer-led innovation across the lifecycle, and executing disciplined strategy with measurable results.
Earlier in his career, Saif led P&L’s of increasing scope with a track-record of value creation in diverse markets, geographies and verticals. Saif also held leadership roles in enterprise strategy, and portfolio transformation and product management.. He began his career in technical and commercial roles in India and has successfully led business turnarounds, acquisitions, divestitures, and executed performance improvement strategies in both mature and high-growth markets.

Saif holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (India).
