CFHM Series
Powerful Solution for Lubrication and Hydraulics
The CFHM pump is a self-priming three-screw pump for hydraulic applications with pressures up to 120 bar. Its robust design, with hardened and polished spindles and fully balanced axial thrust, ensures reliable performance and cost-effectiveness. Flexible installation (horizontal, vertical, dry or in a tank) facilitates integration into a wide variety of systems. At the same time, the proven, maintenance-free mechanical seal ensures reliable operation. It is also suitable for use in hazardous areas.

With extreme durability and high efficiency
High Reliability & Long Service Life
Cost Effective Installation & Maintenance
Due to normed flanges and low amount of parts
Flexible & Versatile
With a wide range of mounting options and flange positions
Unleashing Reliability &Longevity in Demanding Operations
The Allweiler CFHM three-screw pump stands for maximum operational reliability and long service life.
It features a wear-resistant hydrodynamic operating principle that operates reliably even under the most demanding conditions. The axial thrust of the pump is fully hydrostatically compensated. A particularly pressure-resistant housing allows it to be used in demanding applications including intermittent or high-pressure operation.
Overall Efficiency with Tailored Performance
The Allweiler CFHM offers excellent overall efficiency. This three-screw pump has been developed to meet the exact flow requirements over the entire performance range. Thanks to its fine flow gradation, it can be precisely matched to the requirements. The CFHM pump offers not only the highest efficiency, but also the ability to tailor performance - a forward-looking solution that combines efficiency and adaptability.
Simplifying Maintenance for Long-Term Efficiency
The Allweiler CFHM three-screw pump features standardized connections and is easy to maintain. With SAE flange connections and a 4-hole pump flange for mounting a standard motor lantern, it offers flexible installation options. The low number of parts, such as a single-walled casing, one shaft seal and single roller bearing, simplifies maintenance and reduces long-term cost of operation. The groove ball bearing is lubricated by the liquid pumped and provides durability and efficiency, while a maintenance-free mechanical seal prevents leakage.
