Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Jason Clayton serves as CIRCOR’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, Jason leads all aspects of global human resources strategy and operations, including talent management, organizational development, executive compensation, and employee engagement.

Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and driving people-first strategies in complex, decentralized manufacturing environments. He is a passionate advocate for cultivating ownership culture, empowering employees at every level to lead with accountability, take initiative, and create impact.

Throughout his career, Jason has helped organizations embed ownership principles into their talent strategies—ensuring that employees are not only engaged but also connected to business outcomes. His leadership approach directly supports CIRCOR’s commitment to fostering a culture where every team member feels responsible for performance, growth, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining CIRCOR, Jason served as CHRO at Filtration Group Corporation, a $2.3 billion global filtration technology company with 9,000 employees and 70 manufacturing sites worldwide. He also held the role of CHRO at JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT), where he led HR strategy for the global food and beverage solutions company. His earlier experience includes senior HR leadership roles at Signode Industrial Group, IDEX Corporation, and Pepsi Beverage Company.

His background includes deep expertise in organizational transformation, international HR, M&A integration, labor relations, total rewards, and board-level partnership.

Jason holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
