Arjun “AJ” Sharma serves as CIRCOR’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development. AJ leads the company’s Global Finance Organization, including FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting and Controllership. He oversees mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy.
AJ was appointed CFO in January 2022 and has led Business Development since 2009. Over the years, AJ has played a key role in building a strong finance organization that is a true business partner in creating value for all stakeholders. AJ played a leading role in shaping the company’s business portfolio, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver value through disciplined capital allocation and strategic execution.
AJ brings a sharp financial lens, talent development and focus on value creation to the leadership team. He believes in building a finance organization that acts as a true business partner—focused on transparency, accountability, high performance and empowering teams to think like owners.
Prior to joining CIRCOR, AJ has held Strategy and M&A roles at diversified industrial companies including Textron and SPX Corporation. Earlier in his career, AJ held positions at Price Waterhouse and Vogel Media Group. AJ is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University.
